Monitoring and Control of WWTP (Wastewater treatment plants)

The application is designed to facilitate the visualization of technological processes in a sewage treatment plant at a metallurgical plant. The data is derived from three Ph meters and a controller specifying the sequence of the technology, the operation of dosing pumps, hydraulic pumps and equipment. Essential for regulation is the current cost to the equalizing pool, where aeration occurs and to a coagulation tank. Parameterisation of water purification is dependent on measured acidity, solid metal impurities and their compounds and can be preserved in the form of process recipes. The controller communicates with a computer on which the SCADA application is installed via Ethernet, MODBUS TCP protocol.
