Gas Monitoring and Reporting
For the production of household glass: cups, bowls, jars and bottles, five types of gas are used. Reporting flows and collecting data in periodic records is made for more appropriate resource planning. The gas flows are illustrated in the downward trend of events and pressure changes of a particular gas to each production line.
The software enables export of data to MS Excel to make the necessary extractions by further filtering of data. The data base stores archive of records for the next weeks, months and years to make a detailed analysis of the cost norms of each press, cooling and quenching line. The SCADA application and the database are located on spare discs and the communication offers redundancy when a cable route is dropped.
